10/10 Had a water leak in the furnace and wasn’t sure what was causing it. Avenue Air dispatched
someone to diagnose it within a day, at the exact scheduled time. They called before they came so I was ready, and diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour (it was a clogged drain). They were very easy to work with and communicate with, which is always appreciated. Thanks.
House was hit by a tornado, Rico installed new furnace, air conditioning and garage heater. He

Just my luck my furnace went down on Christmas Eve night. Tried to contact a few companies and
the only one that responded was the team at Avenue Air Systems. They came within the hour and
unfortunately it was beyond repair. They recommended a new furnace and to my surprise they
were able to install it the next day, which was Christmas morning.
